About this tool
Slides get reused as pictures all the time: social posts, reports, design material. Half of the "ppt to image" searches are really about sharpness - high quality, higher resolution, "mine came out blurry". This tool answers that directly with three export widths (1x = 1280px, 2x = 2560px, 3x = 3840px) and lossless PNG for razor-sharp text edges.
Every slide is previewed for single download or one-click ZIP. A page range (e.g. 1,3-5) exports only the slides you picked - the honest workaround for "split a PPT": take the selected slides out as images. Everything renders locally; files never leave your device.
Features
- One JPG (small) or PNG (lossless) per slide
- 1x / 2x / 3x clarity tiers, up to 3840px wide
- Optional page range - export only the slides you need
- ZIP packaging, fully local processing
How to use
- Drop in your .pptx file (save legacy .ppt as .pptx first)
- Pick the output format and clarity tier
- Optionally type a page range to export only those slides
- Click Convert, then preview and download
Frequently asked questions
- My exported slides look blurry - how do I get higher resolution?
- Switch the clarity tier to 2x or 3x for 2560px / 3840px output that stays sharp when zoomed. If even 3x looks soft, the images embedded in the deck are low resolution - that limit comes from the source, not the converter.
- JPG or PNG - which one?
- PNG is lossless with artefact-free text edges - best for further editing and archiving. JPG is far smaller - best for chat, documents and web pages. Pagination is identical, so switching formats later is seamless.
- Can I convert only some slides (PPT split)?
- Yes - enter a range like 1,3-5 and only those slides are exported. Taking selected slides out as images is the practical way to "split" a deck; rewriting the real .pptx package structure is risky and unnecessary for most needs.
- Is legacy .ppt supported? Are files uploaded?
- Only .pptx (save old .ppt decks as .pptx first). Everything renders in your browser - slides are never uploaded, and there are no page or usage limits.
