About this tool
When a table has to live inside a report, notice or contract, an editable Word table beats a screenshot or plain text. This tool reads every worksheet of .xlsx / .xls / .csv files with SheetJS and builds real Word tables with the docx engine: bold shaded header rows, zebra striping and a header that repeats across page breaks, ready to keep editing in Word.
Honest caveat: the output is clean tables and text - formulas, cell colors, merged cells and column widths are not carried over, and numbers are written as displayed so long IDs keep every digit. Multiple worksheets become numbered sections named after the sheet. Conversion runs locally in your browser - nothing is uploaded.

- Why does the styling differ from the Excel file?
- The tool rebuilds a clean text table and skips formulas, colors, merges and column widths - that trade buys reliable structure. For full fidelity, copy-paste the range from Excel into Word directly.
- The table is wider than the page - what now?
- Tables span 100% of the page width and wrap long cells. Hide non-essential columns in Excel first, or convert to PDF and use landscape pages.
- Is Excel to Word free? Are files uploaded?
