Supports e-invoices, government documents and tender files in OFD layout format
About this tool
Chinese government documents, e-invoices and tender files increasingly arrive as OFD layout files, while printers and colleagues only accept PDF. This tool renders every OFD page with a pure front-end OFD engine and wraps the result into a PDF - faithful layout, ready for reimbursement or archiving.
Honest scope: the output is a static, layout-faithful render. Digital seals appear as declared in the file (visible, correctly placed) but signature validation is out of scope, and file attachments are not carried into the PDF. The pure-JS engine loads lazily (about a hundred KB on first use, cached afterwards) - files never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I open an OFD file?
- OFD needs dedicated readers (e.g. Suzhou Shuke, Foxit OFD) that most computers lack. Drop the .ofd here and get a PDF anyone can open - the practical format for printing and archiving.
- Can I reimburse an e-invoice converted to PDF?
- Yes - the PDF is a faithful render with all invoice fields readable, which is the mainstream reimbursement format. For verification, use the tax authority platform; this tool never alters the document data.
- Do digital seals survive the conversion?
- Seals are rendered as declared in the file (visible, correctly placed). Cryptographic signature validation is out of scope - use an official OFD reader when validity must be proven.
- Is the file uploaded?
- No. The engine runs in your browser; sensitive government documents and contracts never leave the device.
