EML to PDF
Render .eml emails into an A4 archive PDF with attachment list
Drag & drop files here
or browse files
Supports .eml files exported from Outlook / Thunderbird / Apple Mail
About this tool
Email archiving, expense reports and legal evidence all land as PDF eventually. This tool parses .eml files (the RFC 822 standard export from Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail) in your browser and renders subject, sender, recipients, date and body into a clean A4 PDF - auto-paginated, with attachments listed.
Honest scope: a print-style snapshot. Remote images are blocked (fetching them would leak your IP to the sender - inconsistent with local processing); inline images render normally. HTML structure is preserved with reasonable fidelity; attachment bodies are listed, not embedded. Everything runs locally - nothing is uploaded.
Features
- Subject / from / to / date + full body rendering
- HTML mails keep their structure; plain text renders as-is
- Inline (cid) images shown; remote images blocked for privacy
- Attachment list, auto pagination, fully local processing
How to use

Frequently asked questions
- How do I open an .eml file / convert it to PDF?
- .eml is the standard mail export format (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail). Double-clicking opens a mail client; for print-ready archiving, drop it here and get a clean paginated PDF in one click.
- Do images in the email show up?
- Images embedded in the message (cid:) render normally; externally-referenced images are blocked and shown as placeholders - fetching them would hand your IP to the sender, contradicting local processing. Open the original in a mail client to see those.
- Are attachments included in the PDF?
- Attachments are listed with names and sizes; their bodies are not embedded. Save them from the .eml in your mail client when needed.
- Is a sensitive email safe here? Any upload?
- Safe - parsing and rendering happen entirely in your browser. Contracts, HR and legal mails never leave the device.
