Supports .xlsx / .xls / .csv - one table per worksheet
About this tool
When an assignment, status report or archive copy must look right everywhere, turning the spreadsheet into a PDF is the safe format. This tool reads every worksheet of .xlsx / .xls / .csv files with SheetJS and renders the tables into a PDF with jsPDF: long tables continue on the following pages automatically, and each worksheet starts on a fresh page.
Honest caveat: the output is a clean plain-text table style (header shading and gridlines) - formulas, cell colors, merged cells and custom styles are not carried over, and numbers are written as displayed. For print-perfect fidelity, use Excel's built-in Save as PDF. Conversion runs locally in your browser - nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
- The PDF shows incomplete content - how do I fix truncation?
- Very wide tables fit best on "Landscape A4", where columns wrap automatically; you can also hide non-essential columns in Excel first. Tables wrap within the page and never overflow horizontally.
- How do I fit the whole table onto one page?
- Set "Fit" to "Shrink to one page" - the tool automatically reduces the font size until the entire table lands on a single page (very long tables end up with small print, an honest trade-off).
- Does every page repeat the header row?
- Yes, by default: when a long table continues onto a new page, the blue header row repeats at the top of each page automatically.
- Why do blank pages appear, and how do I avoid them?
- Empty worksheets are skipped automatically and never produce blank pages; if a sheet ends with many empty rows, delete them in Excel before converting.
- Can I convert only one worksheet or one page?
- The current version converts the whole workbook (empty sheets skipped). To convert a single sheet, save it as its own file in Excel first, or use the one-page fit to control page count.
- Why does the PDF differ from the Excel print preview?
- The tool re-renders a clean text table and skips formulas, colors, merges and column widths - that trade buys reliable pagination. When print fidelity matters, use Excel's own Save as PDF.
- Is Excel to PDF free?
- Completely free - no membership, no limits, no watermark. Conversion runs in your browser and the table data is never uploaded.
